An Ode to Milk Tea

Some late night poetry inspired by the joyous experience of MILK TEA SOUP...
YES IT IS TRUE
Oh Milk Tea, Oh Milk Tea,
How I adore to have you within me,
The way your bubbles squelch so gloriously,
and your condensed milk adds to the taste so scrumptiously
The way the sprinkles on top add a bit of controversy
Should it be chocolate, or raisins, well we shall see!
Nutri House
Oh Milk Tea, Oh Milk Tea,
How I adore to have you within me,
The glorious wait to have that first sip,
Try it, before you waste the first drip
It's worth the ride, it's worth the trip,
To have you here upon my lip.

Green tea milk tea at Z Café
To brighten up the work day
Oh Milk Tea, Oh Milk Tea,
How I adore to have you within me,
From Nutri House with cream and jelly
Or a biscuitty one at Hello Kitty
Or just a green tea one from café Z,
Or a funky 'apa' one down some dark alley.

Hello Kitty milk tea from the very pink Hello Kitty café

Apa milk tea - includes transparent jelly filled with 'cheese'
Oh Milk Tea, Oh Milk Tea,
How I adore to have you within me,
The sociability of us gathered round the table,
In Vietnam you're probs served even at a stable,
Doesn't matter if the others you understand are not able,
For Milk Tea overcomes even the Tower of Babel.

More Mtea with extra jelly bubbles

Oh Milk Tea, Oh Milk Tea,
How I adore to have you within me,
As a take-away, as a drink-in, with or without bubbles
If you have a generous friend you can drink it in doubles,
Your problems it will reduce to complete rubbles
- Milk Tea will take away all of your troubles.
When I complained that I'll have finished my milk tea by the time my friend arrives... she bought be a second one <3

We found love
Tôi yêu bạn, trà sữa.
